Mobile: Pay your invoices

Learn how to effortlessly manage your payments and review your billing details in the client portal app, either from the Billing section or right from your Dashboard. Explore your Billing section, review your invoice details and keep an eye on your balance with ease.

Covered here:

Your Billing section

To get to the Billing section from your Home screen, tap the Billing button in the navigation menu.

Invoices that require payment can be found in the Waiting for action section. To view all of them, click on the Load more button.

Below, you will find a section divided into three categories:

  1. Invoices: provides a history of paid invoices.
  2. Recurring: lists all recurring invoices for regular services you use.
  3. Payments: shows a history of payments made.

Review invoice details

Tap any invoice to show more details.

You will then see the following information:

  1. Status: invoices can be unpaid, partially paid, paid or overdue. Paid invoices have a green icon, unpaid invoices have a grey icon and overdue invoices have a red icon.
  2. Balance due: the amount that you have to pay. You'll see only the remaining amount if you have paid partially before.
  3. Date posted: the date the invoice was issued.
  4. Description: the invoice description.
  5. Services: the list of provided services included in the invoice.
  6. Locked: documents locked to this invoice. You won't be able to access them until you pay the total invoice amount.
  7. Payments: the payment history. Includes both successful and unsuccessful payments. If you pay in parts, you'll see all payments here.
  8. Pay invoice: tap this button once you are ready to pay. You'll be able to adjust the payment amount later if needed.

After you tap Pay invoice, you'll see the payment screen.

There, you can:

  • Adjust the amount to pay
  • Select the payment method
  • Apply credits if you have them available on your account

If you are ready, tap the payment button and enter your payment details.

Pay from the Billing section

You will always get a push notification when your accountant sends you an invoice.

Tap the notification to get to the Billing section, then complete one of the following steps:

  • Pay all invoices at once: tap the Pay all button to pay all outstanding invoices at once. If you have available credits, they will be deducted from the invoice amount. You can also tap on each unpaid invoice to review payment details. Enter your personal details and your card/bank account details, then proceed with the payment.

  • Pay individually:

1. Tap one of the listed invoices to make a single payment.

2. Review the invoice details. If you have already paid partially, you'll see the remaining balance due to pay. Tap Pay invoice.

3. If you need to pay partially, adjust the amount to pay. Otherwise, just select the payment method.  If you have credits available, they can be deducted from the invoice amount. Enter your personal details and your card/bank account details, then proceed with the payment.

Note: all payments are made through a secure payment processing service. We will not store your payment details.

Pay from the dashboard

The other way to pay your invoices is to pay directly from the dashboard, which is the first thing you see after logging in to the TaxDome mobile app. You can also access the dashboard anytime by tapping the Home button at the bottom left.

If you have invoices due, you will see a notification here in the Billing section.

To pay a pending invoice, tap the notification on the dashboard.
