Mobile: Viewing Your Payment History
Access and review your payment history on the go using the mobile app.
All information about your payments can be found in the Payments tab of the Billing section.
Your screen displays payment amounts, dates, sources and statuses. Tap any payment to view detailed information.
Available information about your payments includes:
- Date. The date on which the payment was made. All payments are grouped by year.
- Payment source. This is information on how the payment was made. If the payment was processed online, Credit Card or ACH will be indicated as the source. If it was made offline and added manually by the firm owner or by your tax preparer, the source will be listed as Cash.
- Invoices paid. The invoice number for which the payment was made. You can tap the Invoice number tab to view the details. Then tap the back button to go back to payment information.
- Refunded. If the payment was refunded, this is reflected in the status under the Payments tab. You will also get a push notification of the refund.
- Failed. If the payment fails, you will see a red exclamation mark. To resolve this, please check your account balance or get in touch with your bank's customer support to determine the cause of the issue.
