Mobile: Complete requests

Requests help you respond promptly when your firm asks you for additional information. You can respond to them via the client web portal or mobile app. Here, you will learn how to complete requests via the mobile app.

Access requests

You can find the last requests waiting for your attention on the main screen in the Requests section. 

Also, there's a screen where all active, completed and archived requests are collected. You can access them by tapping Requests in the bottom navigation bar.

Respond to requests

To respond to your accounting firm's request, tap the name of the request with the Pending or In progress status. Then, answer the prompt questions. You may be asked to provide information (text, date, email, and so on), select an answer, or upload a document. There are different options for uploading documents, including an in-built scanner. 

When you provide all the necessary information, tap Submit. You won't be able to change your answers after that. The request will change the status to Finished.
