Uploading your photo

Once you’ve registered with TaxDome as a client, you can upload a photo so your tax preparer can identify you: 

1. Tap your profile in the top left of any section

3. Tap the camera icon next to your name and email

3. Tap Upload New

4. Locate the photo that you want to upload, then crop it to fit

5. Tap  Done

Resetting your password 

Your password is usually created during registration, but if you want to change it, use the web version of your portal. More on resetting your password

Changing your email

Reach out to your firm to request a change in your email address. You can find your firm's contact info on your dashboard.

Changing your portal language

English is used on your portal by default. However, if you are more comfortable with other languages, you can change it:

1. Tap your profile in the top left of any section

2. Tap Language

3. Select the language you prefer

Changing passcode

To change your passcode for added security:

1. Tap your profile in the top left corner of any section, select  Security settings, then tap Change passcode

2. Enter a new 4-digit passcode

3. Re-enter it for confirmation

That's it! Your passcode has been successfully updated, enhancing the security of your app.
